REFUND POLICY
Due to the custom nature of our faith-based apparel, we do not accept returns or exchanges on any items.
Damages and Defects
We stand behind the quality of our products. If your item arrives damaged, defective, or if you receive the wrong item, please contact us at jennifer.johnson@rouseservices.com within 7 days of delivery with photos of the issue. We will evaluate the problem and provide a replacement or refund if the claim is approved.
How to Report an Issue
Please inspect your order upon delivery. To report a damaged or defective item, email us at jennifer.johnson@rouseservices.com with:
- Your order number
- Photos of the damaged/defective item
- A brief description of the issue
Refunds
If your damage claim is approved, you'll be automatically refunded to your original payment method within 10 business days. Please allow additional time for your bank or credit card company to process the refund.
